Hi! I’m Lucía, welcome to my site!

I hold a Master’s degree in Communication and Marketing Management, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Translation (English–Spanish) and Architecture from the University of the Republic, Uruguay.

I have 7+ years of experience in leading international organizations —including UNDP; UNOPS; Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI); the World Bank; and the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI)— with special development in communication, international cooperation, management, procurement, and capacity building.

Deeply passionate about the intersection of languages, communication, and global development, I bring a proactive, organized, and creative approach to every challenge. I’m recognized as a solutions-oriented professional and a natural team player who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.
